COORDINATION

Once we understand your vision, we begin organizing the project requirements. Depending on scope, this may involve coordination with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and municipalities. We review drawings, discuss layouts and finishes, evaluate construction requirements, and identify potential challenges before construction begins — improving coordination and reducing unnecessary changes later.

After the project requirements are established, we prepare a detailed proposal based on the defined scope of work. The proposal may include anticipated construction activities, materials, allowances, project responsibilities, and estimated scheduling. We explain the major components so you can make informed decisions and align the project vision with the available budget.

PREPERATION

Selections & Preconstruction.

Preparing every detail.

For residential and remodeling projects, this includes flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and paint. For commercial work it may involve equipment requirements, accessibility, business operations, and specialized building systems. During preconstruction we coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics so the project moves forward efficiently.

EXECUTION

Construction & Project Management.

Bringing the plan to life.

Our team coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, deliveries, and day-to-day site activities. We monitor progress, review workmanship, address site conditions, and communicate throughout. From site preparation and structural work to mechanical systems and interior finishes, each stage is managed with attention to quality, safety, and the approved requirements.

HANDOVER

Final Review & Completion.

Delivering a finished space.

As construction approaches completion, we conduct a detailed review and prepare a final punch list. Necessary corrections and finishing details are coordinated before closeout, and we assist with final inspections and applicable completion requirements. Once the review is complete, the finished space is ready for you to move in, open for business, or begin enjoying.
